Ordering & process
How do I place an order without an online checkout?
Open any catalog on our site, click Request a Quote and choose the lines you like. You can also email us at info@pressplaybusiness.com or WhatsApp +297 593 5246. We will take it from there and start the ordering process for your company.
What happens after I request a quote?
We review your request and get in touch. From there you can book a branding consultation, receive your final quote with sizes, quantities and branding, and approve it. Then we produce and deliver your uniforms. How long each step takes depends on your order and whether items are in stock or made to order.
Can I order across multiple categories in one order?
Absolutely, the more the merrier. Combine hospitality uniforms with security gear, workwear with promo items, or any other mix in one single order.
Can I reorder the exact same uniforms later?
Definitely. We keep your details on file, so reordering the exact same uniforms is quick and easy, without starting from scratch.
Do we need a contract, or can we order as needed?
You can order as needed. For larger or recurring uniform programs, we can set up an arrangement that fits your team. It depends on what you order, so just ask us.
What if sizes are wrong or our order needs adjusting?
No problem, as long as your order has not gone into production yet. Let us know as soon as possible and we will adjust it for you.
Design & branding
We do not have a logo or brand guide yet. Can you help?
Yes, and we love doing it. Share your idea with us and we will create your logo and uniform look from scratch.
Can you match our existing uniform colors and branding?
If we can source the same brand, we can match it exactly. If not, we guide you through the options to find the closest match to what you need.
Do you offer a branding consultation before we commit?
Most definitely. Book a private 1-on-1 consultation or visit our showroom to see and feel the fabrics. Together we plan your branding, customization and alterations. Book a consultation.
Embroidery or printing: which is better for our industry?
We offer embroidery, screen print, heat transfer and more, and you can combine them. The best choice depends on your industry, fabric and how the uniforms are used. We will recommend the right method during your consultation.
Products & sourcing
Can I see or try a sample before ordering?
Depending on your request and order, samples may be possible. Mention it in your quote request or ask us during your consultation.
Which brands do you carry? Can we mix brands?
We work with a wide range of trusted uniform brands, and mixing brands in one order is no problem at all.
Do you offer different fabrics for different industries?
Yes. From breathable and stretch fabrics for hospitality to durable, easy-care fabrics for healthcare, industrial and safety work, we help you choose what fits your industry.
What size ranges are available?
Sizes run from XXS up to 6XL, depending on the style.
Do you offer custom uniforms?
Yes. We carry a special line of custom uniforms, designed especially for banks, insurance companies, government institutions, hotels, resorts and larger offices.
Do you offer complete sets, including shoes, belts and name tags?
Yes. We can put together your complete uniform, from shirts and pants to shoes, belts and name tags.
Do you offer promo items?
Yes. Next to uniforms, we also offer branded promo items for your team, clients and events.
Where do your uniforms come from?
Most of our uniforms come from the USA. We also represent two production plants in the Dominican Republic.
Delivery
Do you deliver outside Aruba?
Yes. We serve companies across the Caribbean islands, and your uniforms are shipped directly to your destination from the production plant.
