Product Details
Portwest high-visibility vests built for a wide range of job sites, from multi-pocket surveyor vests to lightweight breakaway mesh styles and flame-resistant options for arc-flash environments. Most styles meet ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 or Class 3 and use heat-applied or HiVisTex Pro segmented reflective tape for visibility in low light.
Fabrics range from full MeshAir mesh for warm-weather breathability to solid polyester and cotton/poly blends for durability, with breakaway and FR options built to specific safety standards.

Fabric & Care
Most vests use 100% polyester MeshAir open-knit mesh (3–4.5 oz.) for airflow, with solid 100% polyester warp-knit panels on executive styles for structure. FR styles use Modaflame (60% modacrylic / 39% cotton / 1% carbon fiber, 5.5 oz.) or Bizflame woven fabric and must be worn over ARC-rated clothing only — never alone. The US375 surveyor vest adds a Kingsmill blend with Texpel stain-resistant finish. Reflective tape is heat-applied or sewn-on HiVisTex Pro segmented tape. Sizing & Fit
Men’s vests run S–7XL depending on the line, with several styles available up to 6XL or 7XL. The women’s executive vest (US392) runs L–5XL in a female-specific cut. Breakaway and surveyor styles are designed to fit over other workwear. Fit charts for every line are included in the catalog gallery.
