Technologies
OilBlok prevents kitchen oils and liquids from setting into the fabric (it does not protect against hot oils); MIMIX flex panels add stretch and breathability at the shoulders and underarms for long shifts on the line.
Fabric & Care
Chef coats and cook shirts run 4.25 oz. poplin or ripstop (65% polyester / 35% cotton), 7.25 oz. twill (same blend), or 4.3–5 oz. poplin (100% polyester) on cook shirts, with MIMIX styles adding a 4.2 oz. performance mesh panel. Chef pants run 5.75 oz. stretch plain weave (77% polyester / 23% cotton) with 3.5 oz. stretch panels; aprons run 7.25–10 oz. twill, canvas or Fisher cloth. All industrial laundry friendly and imported; chef pants are also home washable.
Sizing & Fit
Men’s coats and shirts run XS–5XL (to 4XL on some), women’s XS–3XL. Chef and cook pants run S–3XL. Aprons, the chef hat and skull cap are one size or sized M/L. Full measuring guide and size charts are included in the catalog gallery.
