Red Kap’s ZeroSkratch collection is built for automotive and shop teams working around paint and polished surfaces — every button, snap, zipper and buckle is covered or concealed so it can’t mar a vehicle. Two-tone and solid work shirts with OilBlok stain protection and MIMIX flex panels pair with shop pants, shorts, belts, a crew jacket, coveralls, a shop apron and coat, plus matching women’s shirts and pants.

About ZeroSkratch
Every closure on a ZeroSkratch garment — snaps, zippers, buttons and belt buckles — is covered or concealed so it never touches a car’s paint, chrome or glass. Select shirts add MIMIX flex panels for mobility and OilBlok to keep automotive fluids from setting into the fabric.
Fabric & Care
Shirts run 4.25 oz. ripstop (65% polyester / 35% cotton) with 4.2 oz. 100% polyester performance mesh on MIMIX styles. Pants and shorts are 6.5 oz. stretch twill ripstop (70% polyester / 28% cotton / 2% spandex) or 8 oz. stretch canvas (54% polyester / 42% cotton / 4% spandex). The crew jacket is 6.5 oz. stretch twill ripstop; coveralls run 5–10 oz. poplin, cotton or twill depending on style. All industrial laundry friendly and imported.
Sizing & Fit
Men’s shirts and jackets run S–5XL, women’s XS–3XL. Pants, shorts and the crew pant run 28–50 in even sizes. Coveralls size up to 66–70in chest on select styles. Full measuring guide and size charts are included in the catalog gallery.
